Join Team Food Chain's Efforts to Combat Hunger in Kentucky!

Kentucky Country Day Junior Chad Kamen's Team Food Chain in now in the process of becoming a foundation, linking together various hunger relief non-profits in the state to better service those in need. Team Food Chain will be participating for it's 5th year in Dare To Care's Hunger Walk. Taking broader action, Chad is currently trying to establish a specialty license plate that would provide annual funding directly targeting hunger throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In the state of Kentucky, 15.6% of Kentucky households report serious problems affording adequate nutritious food with more than 1 in 5 children in the state remaining food insecure. The proceeds from this plate will benefit the Kentucky Association of Food Banks, which services all 120 counties.
